фин. шаровой срок (погашения)*, срок выплаты шарового платежа* (срок, на который приходится погашение основной, т. е. самой большой, доли займа; термин используется, когда график погашения облигационного займа или обычного кредита построен таким образом, что погашение осуществляется путем внесения ряда регулярных относительно небольших платежей и одной большой выплаты в конце периода заимствования; напр., если выпуск облигаций был осуществлен несколькими сериями и мелкие серии погашались регулярно, а основная масса облигаций приходилась на самую последнюю серию и была погашена в последнюю очередь)
